A shop owner in Swansea has been fined for selling a Bacardi Breezer to a 15-year-old boy who was 'working undercover' for his local council's Trading Standards Department. Kamljit Kaur Johal, licensee of the Cross Stores at Ravenhill, North Swansea pleaded not guilty to selling alcohol to an underage customer but was fined pounds 500 with a pounds 300 contribution to prosecution costs. It was Johal's second offence as she was fined for a similar incident in 2003.
