Police in the Philippines have confirmed that four suspects are being quizzed about the murder of a 66-year-old Welshman. The body of Leonard Jarman, originally of Llantwit Fardre, near Pontypridd, was discovered in a district of the Filipino capital Manila.

Two pairs of suspects - men and women identified by Mr Jarman's neighbour and a local man working as a driver - have now been questioned by police in Las Pinas City, in the Metro Manila region of the city, over the discovery of his body on August 31.
