Police in the Philippines have confirmed that four suspects are being quizzed about the murder of a 66-year-old Welshman. The body of Leonard Jarman, originally of Llantwit Fardre, near Pontypridd, was discovered in a district of the Filipino capital Manila.
Two pairs of suspects - men and women identified by Mr Jarman's neighbour and a local man working as a driver - have now been questioned by police in Las Pinas City, in the Metro Manila region of the city, over the discovery of his body on August 31.See the full content of this document
