A tiny Welsh publishing house has scored what has been seen as a literary coup. Starborn Books in Pembrokeshire, which has published just nine works of fiction, has been chosen to launch the new work by acclaimed Vietnamese author, Jade Ngoc Quang Huynh.

The former boat refugee hit the big time with his first work, South Wind Changing, an autobiographical tale of his harrowing escape from Vietnam to a new life in the US.
