Aea Technology sold a string of businesses yesterday in a pounds 58.3m move, allowing it to focus on its work providing air pollution monitoring. The Oxfordshire company has entered into a 'conditional agreement' with investment firm Vision Capital to sell its rail division which makes equipment to remove leaves from the line.
