CWMBRAN-BASED luxury airline seat designer and manufacturer Contour has been acquired by one of the world's biggest aerospace supply companies.
It was confirmed last night that Zodiac Aerospace - the French- owned world leader in aerospace equipment and systems for commercial aircraft - has bought the business. Although subject to regulatory approvals the deal is expected to be ratified next month.See the full content of this document
