Summary
LAST year, Walter Bryan Pearce died in St Ives, Cornwall, aged 77. Cornwall was where he had lived and worked all his life. Supported by his mother, Bryan, as he was known by everyone, suffered from a rare inherited condition called phenylketonuria.
