Summary
SIR - So the debate has started. The True Wales group, appear to base their arguments on wasted finance and "the non delivery of promises since 1997".
My only hope is that the Yes campaigners' argument has more substance. It also appears that an undeclared nag is in the race. David Davies MP has come out of the closet and declared that he will be voting No, citing health and rising rates bills for his decision.See the full content of this document
