Ernest griffiths played prop for Clynderwen rugby club when he was a young man. Now he's a different kind of prop, after more than 40 years of working as a farm employee for Pembrokeshire potato farmer Walter Simon. "Ernest is a tower of strength. No issue is too big for him and he is a choice craftsman," said Walter.
