SIR - Since you revealed the start of a consultation by Jane Davidson that may introduce a 15p tax on every plastic carrier bag issued in Wales ("Welsh shoppers facing 15p plastic-bag charge", June 29), I have received several phone calls.
It is clear that Labour supporters are not happy with this new tax proposal for the same reason that, ironically, Jane's husband raised on the letters page of the same edition of your paper.See the full content of this document
