One of the UK's biggest banks faced an investigation yesterday after it was revealed that a suicide victim had amassed pounds 130,000 of debt with 22 credit cards.
Richard Cullen, 65, a mechanic from Wiltshire, fell into a spiral of debt with several different lenders. He went into the red by more than pounds 35,000 through four cards belonging to the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) alone.See the full content of this document
