A welsh broadcaster and author has called on BBC Wales to increase its Welsh- language output for S4C. Dylan Iorwerth, managing director of Golwg Cyf and founder of Welsh-language magazine, Golwg, wants the broadcaster to bring TV and radio programmes to a new audience of Welsh-speakers.
