THERE are few country pubs inWales where you can drink your pint sitting in a carved and polished bardic chair.
The one in the Eagle, opposite the parish church in Llanfihangel- ar-Arth, was awarded in 1923 at the Corwen Eisteddfod for the poemYNos - The Night - and the name of the winner was announced as usual from the pavilion stage.
