Imagine a place where most schools have the latest sports facilities which benefit the whole community as well as pupils; where most people or local teams have easy access to a pitch or pool; a place where 'run down' sports facilities and equipment are fast becoming a thing of the past.
Thanks to a pounds 48.5m funding programme from the Big Lottery Fund, which aims to improve PE and sporting facilities for young people and their local communities, that place is looking more and more like Wales.See the full content of this document
