AN MP has accused the Government of "not even being bothered" to properly apply the formula that determines Wales' funding.
Plaid Cymru MP Jonathan Edwards said an answer from Treasury Chief Secretary Danny Alexander about the Barnett Formula, which experts say robs Wales of pounds 300m a year, led him to the conclusion that the system is badly flawed.See the full content of this document
