Councillors in Swansea are calling for a high-quality European- style boulevard to 'cross the divide' between thecity and its rapidly developing waterfront.
As part of the city centre strategy due to be ratified by Swansea Council's cabinet later this week there are plans for a new route to unite the maritime quarter and the SA1 development with the rest of Swansea. The strategy document says, 'We should create a European- style boulevard by changing the perception, experience and environment of the Oystermouth Road, Victoria Road and Quay Parade entry corridor into Swansea.See the full content of this document
