Conservative leader David Cameron last night accused Gordon Brown of failing to prepare Britain for the future, after a decade of "living off" the expansion of the global economy. Addressing a meeting of Cardiff Business Club, Mr Cameron also labelled the Prime Minister's successor at the Treasury, Alistair Darling, as a Chancellor whose actions were characterised by "dithering."
