SIR - Re the letter by Plaid AM Ieuan Wyn Jones claiming credit for the National Assembly budget. The Assembly budget will deliver an additional pounds 300m for health, an extra pounds 80m to tackle waiting times, pounds 140m for early years learning, pounds 5m to improve the quality of food in schools, and pounds 10m for the regeneration of the Heads of the Valleys.
