SIR - Just a short message to say how disappointed I am with the service offered to my girlfriend by the Cardiff Bus company.
On Saturday November 19 my girlfriend left work at 7pm travelling from Newport Road to St Mellons with pounds 20.50. She was told the bus would not take notes so she could only travel as far as 50p could take her, which was the bottom of Rumney Hill. From there she was asked to leave the bus and find alternative transportation, but due to the rugby, none was available so she was forced to walk an hour-and-a-half in the freezing weather, being five months pregnant not the best of circumstances.See the full content of this document
