The parents of children poisoned by E.coli last night stepped up pressure for a public inquiry as the outbreak continues to peter out. Another five cases were confirmed yesterday, bringing the total to 122, but the majority of people affected by E.coli O157 developed their symptoms before control measures were introduced eight days ago.
No more schools in the affected counties of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly or Bridgend have been linked to the outbreak for the second day running.See the full content of this document
