Cardiff Printer Drops Alcohol

Summary


A cardiff printing company has eliminated the use of alcohol in the creation of its products with a pounds 1m investment. Hartley Wilprint will no longer need isopropyl alcohol in any stage of the printing process. IPA - traditionally used as a dampening solution additive - had been seen as an essential element in any print run.

It is only in recent years that the health, safety and environmental risks have been openly highlighted.
