Business body Cardiff Chamber of Commerce will today publish its election manifesto in which it rejects calls for greater powers for the National Assembly. Instead the chamber, which has 1,500 members, presses for greater co-operation between governments at Westminster and Cardiff Bay to help Welsh businesses thrive.

In the manifesto document chamber president Nigel Roberts calls on politicians not to forget business in the quest for votes in the forthcoming general election.
