SIR - I was disturbed to read Councillor Hinchey's letter (The Western Mail, March 13) regarding the pedestrianisation of The Hayes in Cardiff and its effect on access to the Tabernacl Church car park.
It is clear that no consideration had been given to the church when the authority and the developer's plans were being formulated.See the full content of this document
