THE number of Welsh people living with cancer could be as high as 100,000 - nearly double the official estimates - according to a new survey published today.

Research by cancer campaigners suggests 40,000 "hidden" survivors and patients may be affected by the disease, with many failing to get practical and financial help to cope with their daily lives.
