SIR - Your recent article headlined 'Millions Left Unspent' (Business Wales 29.9.2004) was a weak attempt to defend one of the most dubious Assembly ministerial decisions of recent years.
It flies in the face of the excellent report of the facts given by the Western Mail just a few months ago. Contrary to the impression given, Plaid Cymru-led Rhondda Cynon Taf Council had an excellent record on local regeneration funds and was the most effective council in Wales at helping small and medium sized companies by giving grants rather than loans.See the full content of this document
