Summary
A south wales company has been fined pounds 8,500 for polluting a stretch of river with a fuel spill. Invacare, based at Bridgend Industrial Estate, pleaded guilty to two charges linked to polluting the River Ewenny. The prosecutions were brought by the Environment Agency Wales.
