TRACY GIBBS came to Pitman Training after she was made redundant from her job following the closure of the Boots Distribution Centre in Pentwyn, Cardiff.
She successfully applied for ReAct funding, a scheme set up by the Welsh Assembly Government with support from the European Social Fund to help individuals who are newly redundant.
