Control orders were labelled a 'farce' by civil liberties campaigners last night after two suspected international terrorists were revealed to be on the run. Politicians also said news of the escapes were an 'embarrassment'. In the latest incident, a man who escaped from a mental health unit in Isleworth, south-west London, has been on the run for two weeks. He is believed to be a 25-year- old Briton.
