Summary
SIR - The success of the UK Independence Party throughout England and Wales in the recent European election brings the possibility of a referendum that much closer towards our withdrawal from Europe.
In this context, I recently heard on the television one of the UKIP supporters state that Britain should be for the Brits, which, to my mind meant that a referendum in this island where the outcome could possibly be in favour of a withdrawal from Europe would, under the current arrangement whereby the very large majority of voters are in England, be decided by English people, ie English nationalists, of whom there are a great number.See the full content of this document
