Summary
SIR - Having attended as a member of the public many monthly public meetings held by the Carmarthenshire Local Health Board, I have been impressed by the progress that has been made in the first year since its conception.
I left the meeting on May 20 with a feeling of confidence for the future, having been impressed by the professional, dedicated and enthusiastic way that the members are addressing the problems which have been highlighted within the NHS by themselves and the Wanless report. Carmarthenshire's Health and Social Care Local Action Plan, 'Delivering the Future Together', is a prime example of these efforts.See the full content of this document
