A welsh border farming family is diversifying into cheesemaking to "add value" to the quality milk produced by their dairy cows. After two years of research, development and training, the Eyres family from Abertanat Farm, near Llansantffraid, Powys, has launched the Shropshire Cheese Company, making traditional, handcrafted cheese to appeal to cheese lovers on both sides of the Wales- England border.
