THE Royal Association of British Dairy Farmers has opposed Government proposals to introduce proposals to make farmers share the costs of dealing with livestock disease.
The association said it would be 'inconceivable' for dairy farmers to adopt the measures to implement Responsibility and Cost Sharing of animal health and welfare, while control of bovine tuberculosis was unresolved.See the full content of this document
