A WELSH MP has described his collaboration with ministers from the Scottish National Party and Sinn Fein as a model for the way devolution should work.
Environment Minister Huw Irranca-Davies, the Labour MP for Ogmore, revealed he had been working amicably not just with his Assembly Government counterpart Jane Davidson, but also with Scotland's SNP rural affairs and environment minister Richard Lochhead, and with Michelle Gildernew, the Sinn Fein agriculture and rural development minister in Northern Ireland.See the full content of this document
