PRE and post referendum, a recurring question is whether the pay and conditions for teachers should be devolved to become the responsibility of the National Assembly.

All but one of the seven teacher unions, including ASCL Cymru, and the Welsh Assembly Government have stated quite clearly that such a move would not be in the best interests of the students of Wales.
