Dial Offers 100 New Jobs to Ex-Staff

Cwmbran call centre Dial - which was saved from financial disaster when it became a subsidiary of Yes Loans last month - is now seeking 100 new staff. Melfyn Roberts, managing director of the combined operations, said both Yes Loans, which brokers loans, and Dial, which handles incoming and outbound calls for a range of blue chip companies, were expanding fast. He anticipated employing 450 people by this time next year.

He added, 'We've completely changed structures, pay scales and the whole atmosphere here at Cwmbran in the last month. Business is booming, and we need to make sure that we can recruit the right calibre of staff.'
