Summary
Savings of pounds 750,000 are planned next year from a new-look corporate purchasing card for the public sector in Wales. Implemented in 2002, enabling the public sector to improve buying processes by using paperless methods, to date more than pounds 6.5m has been spent using the Welsh Purchasing Card (WPC).
