THE wholesale division of one of Wales' most successful export companies has been acquired by a German venture. In a near pounds 5m deal MHH Solartechnik, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e has taken a majority stake in the wholesale solar product supply operation of Machynlleth-based Dulas - which will retain a minority share of the business.
