Getting through Monday is hard enough for most of us, so half an hour watching Albert Square's finest tearing strips off one another can be therapeutic.
One pregnant woman recently revealed that the only time her unborn baby settles down is when the opening theme to the Beeb's soap is played - as she takes things easy for 30 minutes, so does the baby.
