New scientific evidence has come to light proving that deputy head teacher Sion Jenkins murdered his foster daughter, Billie-Jo, it was claimed yesterday. The Old Bailey re-trial was told seven tiny blood spots had been re-examined and found to contain specks of the 13-year-old's flesh.

Nicholas Hilliard, prosecuting, said this showed the stains were made while Billie-Jo was attacked - not when her body was moved by Jenkins as claimed by the defence.
