Summary
It is incredibly disappointing to see just how much local regeneration funding has remained unspent by local authorities across Wales. Councils across Wales have produced a variety of excuses as to why that money has not been spent, but those excuses cannot cover up the fact that pounds 5m of the Local Regeneration Fund money - money that is badly needed for economic regeneration in Wales - has been lost.
That failure is compounded by the fact that this is money designed to match fund European structural funds.See the full content of this document
