Last week an invitation dropped through my letter box inviting the CBI to give evidence to the Assembly Finance Committee's review of the Private Finance Initiative and its use in Wales. And then, as I was planning how we should respond, I turned on BBC Wales' Dragon's Eye programme which devoted most of its time to PFI in the health service and the decision taken by the current Assembly Government not to use this scheme to deliver health projects.
