Ithin a week of taking up one of the most important non- ministerial jobs in the country, Dr Tony Jewell has laid down clear priorities and a time table in which to make a difference. And these are laudable and much needed priorities - Wales is not a nation brimming with health, even after seven years of devolution and billions of pounds pumped into the health service.
