Cig Calon Cymru's shop in Cross Hands will specialise in pedigree Welsh Black beef, along with pedigree Welsh pork, Welsh lamb and award-winning Welsh cheeses and yoghurts, along with a range of preserves and chutneys.
It is the retail arm of a pounds 1.5m project by local farmer and construction company director, Enzo Sauro, for an abattoir, processing and packing plant and steak house based on the Welsh Black that is expected to employ up to 20 people when complete.See the full content of this document
