Preston boss Billy Davies raised a few eyebrows when he claimed Cardiff City had given his play-off hopefuls a 'tough match'. The Bluebirds looked reasonably well-organised for the opening 20 minutes at Deepdale, if somewhat unproductive in the final third of the pitch.
