FROM volunteering to fundraising, there are a number of ways to get involved during Wales Air Ambulance Week: rise to the Golden Hour Challenge by organising an event based on the themes of gold and time; test your knowledge in a pub quiz; or arrange a 'Bring pounds 1 to Work' scheme with colleagues.
