The devastated parents of a teenager who died on her way home from an 18th birthday party have spoken of the terrible moment they were told she had been killed by a suspected drink-driver. Art student Eluned Cleverley, 18, was killed when she was hit by a parked car that had been shunted into her by a van driven by the suspect.
