We seem to spend most of the time trying to make everything thinner, be it ourselves or the electrical gadgetry which makes our life so much easier. The thin trend does definitely not relate to our hair though; current runway and fashion trends require thick, flowing locks. The problem is, life throws its little obstacles - pregnancy, childbirth, stress, bad styling habits and diet - all of which can lead to thinning hair or hair loss, which can happen to any of us.
