Happy Home Stylish Home
It was the medieval part of a grange and an abbey which had been built up with the walls and the roof.
We loved the history of the place and the sea views in the area. It was just crying out to be finished off.The people before had built the walls up and some basic stuff internally but we had to rip all that out and gut the place.We kept things like the original medieval fireplace but a lot of the walls were smeared with cement.I took a lime plastering course and then set to work chipping the plaster off and repointing all of the walls and redoing them.We found the old archway...See the full content of this document
