Like many other GP surgeries across Wales, the waiting room of Dr Greg Graham's practice has a notice detailing how many patients have failed to keep their appointments. The notice at Trosnant Lodge, in Pontypool, currently reads 241 DNAs - did not attends - for July. That's almost eight a day.
