Is there anything more annoying for motorists than seeing a slow- moving lorry pull out to overtake a slightly slower-moving lorry, clogging up the motorway for everyone else? Now that sense of frustration has made it to the very top, to the Traffic Commissioner for Wales - the man who hands out licences to Welsh hauliers.

He has also criticised the number of lorry drivers who speed, and says managers should be 'ashamed' at the behaviour of their drivers.
