Hospital's Visitor Ban As Bug Hits

Summary


VISITORS were barred from one of Wales' biggest hospitals yesterday after an outbreak of norovirus. Seven wards at Swansea's Morriston Hospital were also closed to new patients as managers battled to contain the outbreak.

A spokeswoman for Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board said: "The only exception is on the children's wards because that would be too distressing for the children not to have visitors.
